The upstairs area in the Milan Model is amazing. You walk into the open Loft that is enormous and opens to the Family Room below. The first thing you see is the wet bar on the far end of the room, the computer nook on the right side, two bedroom doors on the left corners, and a true Theatre Room entrance on the right.
The Theatre Room has sound proofing as well as tiered seat.
