Mattamy Homes to Close Out 3 Communties
Mattamy Homes will soon close out three communities in the Jacksonville area soon. This is exciting news for new home builders in Jacksonville. Home buyers are returning to the market and the spring selling season is off to an early start.
Dennis Ginder, division president for Mattamy Homes in the Jacksonville region, said only nine home sites remain for sale at Kensington in St. Augustine with new single-family executive homes priced from the $230s. Only three home sites and four ready-to-move-in homes priced from the $130s remain for sale at North Campus, located in north Duval County near the I-95/I-295 junction. Only one ready-to-move-in home and one model home remain for sale at Worthington Park, a gated community in St. Johns County where new single-family homes are priced from the $270s.
Ginder said ready-to-move-in homes in all Mattamy Homes communities qualify for up to $8,000 in U.S. tax credit incentives. Mattamy Homes builds new single-family homes and town homes priced from the low $100s in nine communities in the Jacksonville area.
